Two different teams handle UI / UX and Backend development. Both their work is defined and a timeline is given to the team to finish the project / phase. One coordinator sits on top of the developers and designers to resolve any conflicts and it is his responsibility to build the end product. The coordinator shall be your point of contact for feedback and implementation.

This is the first major milestone in completion of any project. We present you with the first draft of the application and we actively look forward to your feedback. This phase has complete skeleton / structure of the project along with the design implementation. Once you give us the feedback and improvement points, we take some more time to perfect the product. Client feedback is of utmost importance in this phase

Once everything is complete, our testers begin their testing procedure. Testing is done on various parameters like feedback time, page load speeds, ram consumption, design responsiveness etc. We also get your project tested by people who know nothing about the project. This is often called as black box testing. The tester doesnt know the ins and outs of the code. This helps us gather real world feedback.

After a successful pilot run and after all bugs are resolved, we push the website live on the date decided by the client. We also do a server setup / hosting setup depending upon the contract. We have a dedicated server administration team so that you dont have to worry about server management, backups, availability and you can focus on your core business.
