Internship Terms and Conditions

Redballoon Technologies Private Limited Internship Agreement (https://redballoon.in)

THIS AGREEMENT IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (THE PERSON WHO HAS JOINED AS AN INTERN AT REDBALLOON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED)
AND REDBALLOON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, A COMPANY INCORPORATED IN INDIA, HAVING ITS BUSINESS OFFICE AT C-33, FIRST FLOOR, GURGAON, HARYANA 122001 (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS WE/US/OUR). THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ALL
INTERNS WHO ARE HIRED BY REDBALLOON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

The purpose of this educational internship is for Intern to learn about Company’s business and to gain valuable insight and experience

1. By ACCEPTING this internship you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, and that you agree to the contents of the Agreement and its terms.

2. The Agreement comes into legal force at the moment when you receive welcome email / letter or at our discretion.

3. That you the INTERN wishes to join our company only as a trainee who wishes to broaden their knowledge and horizon in lieu of your services as an intern. You as an Intern is not entitled to wages or any compensation or benefits for the time spent in the internship. Under no circumstances whatsoever, Redballoon Technologies Private Limited will be held liable to pay you any amount in consideration of your services to the company, since you agree that you are providing your services on your own accord without expectation of any money, share, monetary reward etc. Your capacity at Redballoon Technologies Private Limited shall be limited to being a trainee and under no circumstances should it be construed as job employment or job offer, interview etc.

4. That the welcome email shall be a part of this agreement. Redballoon Technologies Private Limited will issue you an Internship Completion Certificate entailing your job description at the company. We may also attach a letter of recommendation.

5. The internship does not guarantee any job offer from our company. However, we may at our discretion offer you a job at the end of the internship.

6. You agree that, you will not share any information disseminated to you by means of phone conversations, emails, hand written letters. You agree to keep all communications between you and the company completely private and confidential.

7. By agreeing to do internship at our company, you agree that you will never use, sell, resell any data or passwords or content shared with you by the employees of the company. Any distribution of the materials (including data, content, articles, passwords, paid tools logins, website passwords) including noncommercial distribution without our consent, is regarded as violation of this agreement and entails liability, according to the current law. You agree to keep Redballoon Technologies Private Limited and its Directors, Promoters, Investors indemnified against all costs arising from such actions.

8. You may not use any part of the materials stated in clause 7 above, in whole or part in any other scenario except as instructed by Redballoon Technologies Private Limited.

9. Any materials including but not limited to content, code, schematics, designs, copies created by you as an Intern will be the sole property of Redballoon Technologies Private Limited. Redballoon Technologies shall be at its to use, reuse, commercialize or derive monetary or other benefit as it may deem fit. You shall not be entitled to any monetary reward, royalty, commission, profits, share arising out of use, reuse, distribution or commercialization of such materials created / designed by you or submitted by you.

10. You agree that whatever materials including but not limited to code, content, schematics, designs, copies created by you shall be your own creation and not in any way sourced from the internet or anyone else. You shall not copy anyone’s else’s code, content, design, schematics, copies and you agree to respect third party copyrights and content. You agree to keep Redballoon Technologies Private Limited indemnified against any liability arising out of creation or use of such materials including but not limited to code, content, schematics, designs, copies or your actions.

10. In case of physical internship, you agree to maintain the decorum of the Office and abide by the rules of conduct at the office. Transportation to and from the internship site is the responsibility of the Intern. Notwithstanding the nature of the internship, Intern will obey the policies, rules and regulations of the Company site and comply with the Company’s business practices and procedures.

11. Redballoon Technologies Private Limited may at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement and end your internship as it may deem fit. Upon termination or conclusion of internship you shall handover all passwords, project files, design source files, code files, written code, content created during the internship whether finished or unfinished to Redballoon Technologies Private Limited without any delay or demand. You agree to keep Redballoon Technologies Private Limited indemnified against any losses or liabilities arising out of withholding of information or materials including but not limited to code, designs, schematics, content, copies etc, created by you during the internship.
