The next step in any project is deciding the flow structures. We carefully breakdown the entire website into model view controllers. This process is equally important for a desired outcome in the end.

Work is assigned to designing team and development teams which take over different aspects of website development. A project coordinator is also assigned which looks over the entire project. He is also responsible for resolving coordination between designers and developers.

No code is bug free, we carefully test our projects before going live. We first go with white box testing, which is a review by person who has actually written the code, we also do black box testing which is a review by person who is completely ignorant about the project at first. This helps us accumulate real world feedback. Afterwards a pilot run is done.

Once the testing is complete and the client is satisfied, we push the website live on decided timelines. We offer full support during this period. We carefully keep a watch for any issues that may arise during this period.
